How does it work?

From the moment we are born (as well as our genetic baggage!) we have a wide variety of experiences.  Every emotional shock in our lives, the accumulation of stress, or traumas create psychic “turbulence” that diverts the normal processing of information by the brain.

The system uses sensors to measure brain activity (eeg), to detect irregular electrical activity or these “turbulences” and informs the brain in return so that it can correct itself.

Music or a correlated sound is emitted throughout the session.  As soon as the system detects the onset of turbulence, it briefly interrupts the sound. This micro-cutting, which creates an unexpected and significant effect for the brain to a surprise effect that will trigger a whole series of reactions and in particular the reorganization of the connections between neurons, is also called self-regulation.

The repetition of these brief interruptions helps the brain to function more harmoniously and to optimize its potential, which results in functional improvements, for example on the cognitive, emotional, psychic, behavioral and even motor levels. The brain, thanks to its plasticity and learning mechanism, reorganizes and regulates itself as well as possible. It is therefore the brain itself that does the work of correction and improvement.

In short, the brain, thanks to its plasticity and its learning mechanism, reorganizes and regulates itself as well as possible.
